👉 無能力再繳交學費的留學生 Destitute Student
👉 已經持有「特定雇主工作簽證」 (例如 LMIA 工作)，但在加拿大工作時面臨被虐待的風險或被虐待過 Risk of Being Abused
👉 是加拿大永久居民申請人的受供養家庭成員 Canada Permanent Residence’s Dependent Family Member
👉 是低/高技術專才的配偶、同居伴侶或受供養子女 High- /Low-Skilled Worker Spouse, Common-Law Partner, or Accompanying Dependent Child
👉 是留學生的配偶或同居伴侶 International Student’s Spouse or Common-Law Partner
👉 是大西洋移民試點計劃或大西洋移民計劃申請人的配偶或同居伴侶 Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program or Atlantic Immigration Program’s Spouse or Common-Law Partner
👉 是難民、難民申請人、受保護人士或其家庭成員 Refugee, Refugee Claimant & Protected Person and Family
👉 受制於無法執行的遞解出境令 Under an Unenforceable Removal Order
👉 持有臨時居民身份 Temporary Resident Permit Holder
👉 以被擔保身份 (例如配偶、同居伴侶或隨行受撫養子女) 在加拿大生活 Sponsored as a Spouse, Common-Law Partner, Conjugal Partner, or Accompanying Dependent Child
👉 是魁北克省投資者，以及已經收到魁北克省選擇意向通知 Quebec Investor Who Received a Quebec Notice of Intent to Select
在上述每種情況下，申請人都必須符合額外條件才有資格申請「開放式工作簽證」。
